U tim slu\u010dajevima odvjetni\u010dka uloga naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e je <strong>operativna<\/strong>, odnosno usmjerena na pravnu provjeru i strukturiranje same transakcije.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2><strong>Kako odlu\u010diti je li ulaganje u nekretninu pravi izbor za vas?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Za sve ostale koji razmatraju ulaganje u gra\u0111evinsko zemlji\u0161te, gradnju ili kupnju nekretnine radi najma, odluku bih sa\u017eeo u sljede\u0107ih <strong>pet to\u010daka<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Ako ste prakti\u010dni i jednostavni u dono\u0161enju odluka \u2013 gradnja mo\u017ee biti dobar izbor.<\/li>\n<li>Ako ste srednjih godina ili stariji, rentijerstvo je \u010desto pogodnije nego u mla\u0111oj \u017eivotnoj dobi.<\/li>\n<li>Ako \u017eelite \u201evidjeti\u201c svoju investiciju, nekretnine su prirodan izbor.<\/li>\n<li>Ako te\u017eite osje\u0107aju investicijske sigurnosti, kupnja nekretnine \u010desto pru\u017ea upravo to.<\/li>\n<li>Ako tra\u017eite ulaganje koje vam je blisko i razumljivo, nekretnine su \u010desto najlogi\u010dnija opcija.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<hr \/>\n<h2><strong>Investicija nije samo matematika<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Ovaj osvrt ponajprije je namijenjen onima koji tvrde da je investicija isklju\u010divo <strong>matematika budu\u0107nosti<\/strong>.
